John Blodgett has made his SAS code for the demographic profiles available at mcdc2.missouri.edu/cgi-bin/uexplore?/pub/data/sf3prof
- You can produce ascii (csv) files for states for each page using this website or grab the SAS code from the Tools subdirectory and then select the cnvtDPfiles.sas.
